About our Adventure and Nature Tourism Program


This 1-year Heritage College Program trains you to become an officially recognized guide in both official languages. It gives you hands-on experience and certifications in activities such as canoeing, kayaking and hiking. You’ll learn about planning expeditions, wilderness first aid, winter expeditions, repair and maintenance of equipment, interpreting, orienteering and lots more!


There is also a six to nine week co-op option including the possibility of an international co-op!
