About our Hotel Management Program


The three-year Hotel Management Program at Heritage College provides you with the fundamental competencies required to work in the hospitality industry anywhere in the world! Learn about wine and beverage management, front office operations, hotel sales and marketing, menu creation and service, guest service protocol, hotel accounting, frontdesk software, and numerous other hotel management-related areas of study, each more interesting than the other. You’ll even learn to communicate effectively with the public and hotel personnel in both official languages!


What’s more, co-op work terms are part of the Hotel Management Program at Heritage College. Work placements in hotels, restaurants and other hospitality-related establishments provide students with hands-on learning and work experience.
